i do trust your Shenmue 3 source and i am a massive Shenmue fan, i remember when Sega were going to announce a big announcement in 2004 around E3 time it turned out to be Matrix online, but it can' t be as this following link says, wasn' t Matrix online announced days ago? At around before E3 2004 Check this link,

I would like to know in this article the part 2 Yu Suzuki interview in your forums, if it is translated properly that is, it says Yu Suzuki says there are no concrete plans,
in the Yu Suzuki part 2 interview which could be wrong it' s not a proper translation

converting it he will also say they' re making it bigger perhaps a before Shenmue chapter like about how he knows his father Iwao and other stuff like being with Nozomi,
when they were little like playing games and stuff because he says there are no concrete plans? Which could also mean like a very soon announcement like at the time of the report is unlikely to happen.
Or could it go that he will not be the one confirming it?
Or could it go that he will say i am supervising the game when they announce Shenmue 3 being made for Next Gen?
Even if all they do is a convert from then on, Yu Suzuki might have direction over how the game is made and improved while they' re going through the task of converting.

Also in your article on Shenmue 3 you said Shenmue online was cancelled did you mean just cancelled in JCE' s company as now Yu Suzuki has said Shenmue Online is still comming?
Complete with new pictures which by the way look awesome, i am looking forward to this game, i just hope online comes to all territories.
And simply just can' t wait for Shenmue 3 which in my opinion will be the best on PS3 because of Blu-Ray,
i will get all 3 machines so i' m not just a fan of Sony, i' m a fan of all,
but since i' m getting all 3, PS3 is the version i will get,
i also hope it goes to all so they get more money.
