Halo 2. More engrossing storyline, more challenging gameplay, incredible graphics, and awesome level design.

I don' t see how you can compare Halo with Dead or Alive. They' re completely different!

From what I' ve heard both games are very good so go for the one that appeals most (I guess at the end of the day it comes down to which genre you like most FPSs or fighters)

Playing through Halo 2 should last you many hours...

Dead or Alive Ultimate' s gameplay should last you about 30 minutes... Dead or Alive 2 alone took me less than 8 minutes to beat when I played it ages ago and the original wasn' t THAT much longer.

You should wait for reviews, a sequel doesn' t always mean it' s better. Ehhh...at least not for StarCraft: Ghost . Right now most of the hype goes for Halo 2, if you have money, buy both. It' d be better if you have XBox Live, if not, you' ll be singled out.

Look, I' m not really even a fan of Halo.

but, I' ve become so addicted to halo 2 that I can' t explain how much I love it. If I get tired of playing online, I do a few missions in campaign. Get tired of campaign, jump back on live. If you have a buddy list of people who play a lot, you make a party with a bunch of them and you can start game almost instantaneously with your own options.

I don' t know how much you like DOA, and i' ve never really gotten into it myself, but if you liked halo at all, you' ll probably love halo 2.

WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT? I don' t even own an Xbox, but I' d buy Halo 2 if given that kind of decision. Seriously though, Halo 2 is going to be a lot more fulfilling for you. Go ahead with Halo 2.

I think the question you should be asking yourself is which genre you like more.

If it' s fighting games, then DOA Ultimate probably would be your best bet.

If it' s FPS, then Halo 2.

My opinion is that Halo 2 would be a much more involved, more replay-able, title.

The DOA series is a very good one, but there' s nothing more to it than the match types and maybe some unlockable characters, costumes, and arenas.

I used to play the original Halo, then take a break by playing DOA 3.
