There is no best game every played, no one has one game that they absolutely love more then others, in my opinion. for me 5 games r:

Halo
Halo 2
Counterstrike
GTA III
Ninja Gaiden

I do,i think ff7 is the best game ever made,ofc i know that its just my opinion,and not a true statement,but for me its world best game by big marginals.

The original Half-Life. I loved that game from beginning to end. Then again, there' s Super Metroid! Oh yeah, Actraiser! Damn. I don' t know!

The first game I remember thinking was the best I' d played happened to be Sonic 2. Since then I' ve felt the same about Sonic 3 & Knuckles, GTA (The first and best), Shenmue, Half Life and possibly one of the Smackdown games.

How could i forget sonic2?
And shenmue1-2?

There' s so many great games.
Duck Tales 2 (NES),Tetris Attack, Guardian Heroes (saturn), Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Shenmue 1&2, Soul Calibur, FFVII, FFVIII, FFX, MGS1-3, Metroid Prime 1 & 2, RE4, HL2, Starcraft, Swat 3 & 4. I' m probably forgetting some.
If I had to choose only one it would be Shenmue. It' s so unique yet it' s not strange or difficult to approach. I' m actually gonna let Shenmue 3 decide which next-gen console I' m buying first. Unless SEGA take forever deciding which console it will be released for.

Mercenaries is my choice for all-time best game ever played.

Shenmue I & II

Perfect Dark 64, Goldeneye 007.

Zelda Ocarina of Time, Manjora' s Mask.

my favorite games? thats a hard question, cos i lov em all .. well most of them.

I have to say Mgs series, Burnouts, Zelda:OOT, Unreal series, timespliters, FF7 + FF10 + FF8 [the good ones], Shenmue 1 + [hopefully] 2, and so many others

But the best game i have ever played has yet to come! whatever it is.

Hmpf.... maybe Perfect Dark, Timesplitters 2 and Ninja Gaiden. I can' t decide which is the best.

my best game ever is without doubt " zelda:ocarina of time " , by the way that´s my best game serie.

Metal gear : especially the first one.
Goldeneye.
Final fantasy : especially the 9.
Resident evil.

that´s really hard to tell about the best game, because each game we enjoyed is one of our best games. and the list are really long from the first mario, castelvania till far cry (that´s my last super game).
that important thing is to enjoy playing a game.

Fun to see someone actually say Final Fantasy 9,it kick ass,cant get people who think its childish
