I don' t think so. It' s just another Phantasy Star Online more or less. It has nothing to do with the REAL Phantasy Star games. Hell, it has some kid in hip clothes and tennis shoes. Seems like it takes place in 2006 suburbia to me. FUCK Phantasy Star Universe! Fuck it in the ass!

And PSU will have a real offline storymode with +35 hours of gameplay.. I mean...

Sure it' s not developed by Sega but it' s just like with PSU you say it' s going to suck but still you haven' t played it.. and I like the whole Idea for the series... monkey ball with just 250 puzzles can get a little boring sometimes..

Dude, Virtua Tennis World Tour was developer by Sumo Digital (formally Infogrames) it is not a Sega developed title.

Condemned was developed my Monolith, not Sega.

Spartan: Total War was developed by Creative Assembly (yes Sega have aquired them but that' s like saying that Rare' s games aren' t actually Rare' s games and they' re instead from Microsoft Game Studios).

2kSports are not a in-house Sega development studio. They were ESPN Videogames, now 2kSports and Sega publishes their games. 2KSport games are not Sega games.

The truth is that Sammy have fuck3d Sega stupid. Sega has been aquiring developers because it' s own IP' s are becoming boring and they don' t know how to revitalize them. I' m sick of seeing Sonic and i' m sick of seeing bloody Mario!

The last few Sonic games have been horrible, hell even Shadow the Hedgehog was rubbish. Sure Sonic Rush was good on DS but that' s pretty much the only good game we' ve seen from Sonic Team for years.

I love Sega but they' ve gone downhill rapidly. It' s a shame but it' s true.

I belive Sega can have a strong position as a dev/pub both on the current gen and next.

SEGA is doing a come back and has been publisher for RTW:IB and Condedmen recently,they kick ass,and gonna be publisher for MTW2 also...and a lot of news games coming too,Yeah SEGA is back on track,the co-op with sammy did not hurt SEGA it onlyt made them stronger,even if i never thought it would be that outcome.

When you say Sega have released good titles too, that' s pretty much a given, but it used to be that pretty much all of Sega' s games were good. The Sammy merger really screwed up the studios output and it seems like titles are not only being rushed but being half-assedly developed just to get them out the doors and make money.

Sega, when compared to companies of equal size and standing haven' t released as much quality output as the competition. Will it get better? Who knows, we' ll see. What i do know is this guy is daft in the head!

Yeah I know, the standard of their games have definitely decreased... But I' m still positive cause I know that Sega still have alot of talanted producers at their disposal.

Are you crazy? Namco makes Ridge Racer (PSP), Tales series (GC/PS2), Tekken (PS2) and Soul Calibur (GC/PS2 Xbox). They are great! I love their console games.

Ridge Racer 6 has really put me off Namco at the moment and Soul Calibur 3 wasn' t all it was cracked up to be, Tekken 5 was better.

Frame City Killer looks awful too!

Are you crazy? Namco makes Ridge Racer (PSP), Tales series (GC/PS2), Tekken (PS2) and Soul Calibur (GC/PS2 Xbox). They are great! I love their console games.

I agree,Ridge Racer and Tales serie has been in my heart since the psx era untill today,cant wait what they bring with next gen.

And SEGA gonna kick ass with their new titles.

But you can' t deny that they have a very good record of great console titles.
Just look at them:
Katamari series, Soul Calibur series, Tekken series, Ace Combatseries, Time Crisis series, Ridge Racer (PSP), Baten Kaitos, Tales of series.
Imagine the world without those games on the consoles. Terrible! And there is probably a few more great titles out there that I didn' t mention since I' m not the biggest Namco expert in the world.

I agree with what you' re saying, but i severly dislike RR6, i paid £50 ($88) for it and it' s terrible when compared to the other 2 racing games on 360.

Namco do indeed have some great games and i take my comment back. They do need to start updating gameplay mechanics in some of their games though, they' re starting to feel old!

I think it' s the same with games as with movies or records.. people always have their expectations and sometimes the artist can' t live up to them entirely..

You' re right but they are trying. Tekken 5 was a great improvement on Tekken 4. The Ace Combat series gets more advanced A.I. and squad based gameplay, Baten Kaitos is new but it was a great start for a (hopefully) new RPG-franchise (card based battles aren' t very usual nowadays) , The tales of series has taken the step to 3D and Tales of Symphonia got a new battle system. But of course we' d all like to see some major improvements in their coming next-gen projects.

I think Namco is just getting on it' s feet lately with SOUL CALIBUR 3 and real RIDGE RACER (I get it that some people don' t like it - but you should know that many love it for what it it).

They definitely have the potential and can make me say " WOW that' s fuckin amazing" .

Virtua Fighter makes me say it too so maybe Sega will change my opinion , but ruining Sega Rally like that? that is fuckin stupid at least.
