EDIT: Before anyone says anything, when Microsoft bought Rare, they aquired any and all right to none Nintendo patented IP' s, meaning that Microsoft has the explicit right to distribute games like the Banjoe series, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Perfect Dark, Killer Instinct and it' s sequel etc...

Personally i' d rather see Microsoft focus on getting games like KOF 2002/3 and Samurai Showdown 2 on Live, and let Nintendo use Rares back-catalogue.
