Depends really, a lot of sales peple are on comission and don' t really have much knowledge, especially specifics. Take your 360 with you and ask if you can test it out. Check for the response time, connections, all that stuff.

I don' t know if I' m just lucky or if Sweden has good customer service or something but the sales people I' ve met are very good at electronics.

I remember going into a SOny shop and asking an assistant about osme of the TV' s they had in there. All the guy could reply to any of my questions was, " Sorry I don' t have my spec sheets." Then in another electronics store while just checking out the current ranges of HDTV' s I heard an adviser giving bad advice for someone asking for a tv to use with a 360. (can' t remember it but it wasn' t good). Even when I got mine, the sales adviser simply said something along the lines of, ' your needs are more specific than i can tell you and you obviously know a lot about this already so if you wanna look around and find me if you make a decision'

Maybe you should get his job...

i used to work for a part of the company group that he (who sold me my tv) did, glad to be out of it, and never was a good sales adviser... not for a company anyway. I told the customer what they needed, not what made the most money.
