Yeah, and there were some lame excuses about them being lo-res screenshots. Maybe nowadays Namco needs two extra years of development to surpass Sega, instead of their previous one year.

this is a fucking joke , how the hell can they come up with such graphics on ps3 , this will not even be considered as a first gen title... the characters are ok but the environment [:' (]

I agree,and I think the characters look much better in motion,but the enviorment? Come on...

It get the same feeling seeing this as when I saw Ridge Racer on the PS3.
There' s something about Namco this gen...

Well Time Crisis 4 will be a straight arcade port, so since it' s based on an enhanced PS2-based arcade board the only difference will be the resolution and textures...   ...not that i mind that. I just expected Tekken 6 to look better. At least Ace Combat 6 looks great. But then that' s a 360 game so...

TC4 actually looks pretty nice. Call it personal preference but I think it' s got a very MGS2 style to it. Maybe that' s just because it looks like a PS2 game though.  I dunno, I think I' d need to see it in action. I' m definately glad they' re turning out Ace Combat, or I' d have lost all faith in them by now.

Well Project Aces are easily Namco' s best team. Ace Combat X on PSP looks amazing, almost as good as Ace Combat 5, ...and even better in some areas.

... wha? They don' t look bad, only thing bugging me is the lack of anti-aliasing and I' m sure it will be there on the final version.

This is not a great leap over 1080p Dark Resurrection. It doesn' t look as good (graphically) as DoA4 or VF5.
If these are PS3 screens then i' m incredibly disappointed.

I think Namco has been courted to work on the Microsoft box. The exlusives that Microsoft is getting from them are some pretty big named titles. Plus with the Cell processor is radically different then the way the 360 operates so the devs kind of have to tinker with the Cell for a while before its on par with the 360s looks. And give them a year or two and maybe the graphics on the PS3 will surpase the 360s.
