ORIGINAL: Dionysius In 10 years I' ll be 29... *sigh* ...With that thought in my head I am now depressed and can' t think of games for the moment. Me too...*dreads to think hitting 30*. (@vx) nah 26 isn' t old at all but when you have children I could imagine how old it must make you feel. Also I think in order for the wii to do well people will have to be entirely convinced and what worries me is how nintendo always starts off with the most promise but somehow falls by the waist line a little (Imo).

I dont really get people being so upset about the price. Thing is, thats exactly what the PS2 launch price was, atleast here in my country. So I will spend the same ammount on ps3 as i did on ps2.

As expected from one of the worlds most expensive country. By the way… â€Varför har du rakat dig i nacken?â€, frÃ¥gade svensken. Och norrmannen svarade: â€Hoppsan, jag har visst satt skjortan bak och fram.†And in English… “Why have you shaved your neck? “, asked the Swede. And the Norwegian answered: “Whoops. I’ve apparently put my shirt on backwards. And to explain this silly joke, it’s just that I’m a Swede and we have a lot of Norway jokes (none are funny), just as the Norwegians have Swede jokes, similar to the English jokes about the Irish. Also sorry for posting the joke in Swedish as well. I' m just fullfilling my task as " the Greek guy" .

ps2 costed ca 5000-5500 kronor when it came to sweden. Even then many thought that was sick... xbox360 premium costed 3500-3700 kronor. And Nes costed around 2000,same with MEGA drive and Ps1. Ofc currecny change but... Today you can get a ps2 for like 1400 kronor, and btw 600 euro=750 dollar. And 750 dollar=5600 kronor, and remember sweden has some of the highest taxes in the world thanks to our goverment. So expect around 6000 :S

6000kr would be a lot I think infact that would be even more expensive than the uk' s £425=$793=5,787kr (according to currency converter).

Original: QuezcatoL ps2 costed ca 5000-5500 kronor when it came to sweden. I got mine at release for under 4500 kroner. However 4500 kroners today represents just about 5000, which indeed is a lot of money. But then again... *points finger in direction of Eritrea* Think of all the starving children, when complaining ' bout how expensive things are. Edit: Oh! And I wern' t trying to be cocky.

PGR eat your heart out.. 10 years down the line, games will definitely look like the FMV' s we see, with a more or less perfect draw distance.. Everything will be full interactive and have substance. Sony will show off the Dual Shock 4, it changes hot to cold from time to time. (Coincidentally, Microsoft will unveil before that, that their control pad heats up after prolonged use and cools down when left alone..)

I also got the Xbox fro 3300, I only waited as I originally didn' t intend to get one. But then I saw that the Shenmue license had been bought by Microsoft and then I HAD to get one, so I could just as well by one as soon as I heard that, which also would let me play that Halo game which I back then was very interested in. Unfortunately I have to admit that I wasn’t all impressed with Halo (although I did enjoy the multiplayer) and all in all I actually feel disappointed in the Xbox now that its era has ended (mostly because I never saw the light of Shenmue III for it ). My two favourite exclusive games for it is Panzer Dragon Orta and Dead or Alive 3, and the best games I have for it is Shenmue II and Beyond Good & Evil and I guess those games is what makes it worth owning one for me. But that’s alright, because I really like those games.

To be fair it actually looks like this :) But nowhere close to what ppl thought of what sony showed last year... Now a lot of people knew from the start it was CGI,as i ,however we dont have a mission to convert and try to put that into sony fanboys head, instead they see what they see when its out,but what pissed me off what i loved about motstorm was the sense of speed and not having control in the race, its looks totally awesome in the crazyness, however that was far from what we saw. Instead monstertrucks racing in MUd...very slow.

I don’t like to sound exaggerating or anything and the game definitely doesn’t look bad, but the difference in those images almost look as big as the difference between this first generation 360 games and last generation of Xbox games… Disappointed. But oh well, good thing I’m not all that into rally and racing games. *Phew*
