lol people forget that the Framerate loss from 60fps to 30fps was the main reason why Dreamcast " Sega Rally 2" got slated. That EXACT reason.. Everyone noticed the difference between the 60fps parts and the 30fps dips..

Ok i' ve personally confirmed that TOCA 3 totally meets my standards. I watched (and taped) the GameMax review of it on TV. 60fps without a stutter!

I also got for the first time, a lengthy fill of PGR3! hehe. After seeing what 30fps looks like with motion blur... i thus conclude that it' s forgiveable, considering the detail that was achieved. Whether or not i shell out 40 bucks for it though is still something i need to give some thought.

Oh but look at me! talking like i already own an Xbox360! haha. Nope, it' s still Xbox1 for me.. until the end of the year... hopefully there will have been a first price-drop by then, but i doubt it.

It just occured to me that some other games out there are being victims of review injustice. I recently watched a review of NFS: Most Wanted for the Xbox360 on GameMax. It was 60fps. But I clearly remember reading from IGN:

Just like the current gen games, the 360 version holds at a smooth 30 FPS, and though EA has explained to me why it wasn' t running at 60 FPS - the lighting and physics cost a lot, plus there was less time to develop this game on the new hardware - I still have to think that every game on Xbox 360 should be running at 60 fps no matter what. But the game runs at a solid 30 FPS.

What' s strange is why the developers were defending their choice to make it 30fps, when it clearly is 60fps?

I know the PSP version runs at 30fps, but the 360 version doesn' t feel like it runs at 60fps..., maybe it is only 30!
