Seems to me like Sony should fall under those charges as well. MS will most likely walk away after paying off the guys that own the patents. Nintendo on the other hand may be in a little trouble.

I feel kinda worried about nintendo too. And it is weird how they didn' t bring sony into it.

Here' s my conspieracy Theory. Sony being the childish poorsports they are decided to invest a large amount of money in finding anythign that could incriminate the competition after that whole " Immersion" incedent. After finding this they decided to inform them of whats going down and is also funding the whole thing. Sony bribed the company in order to not get mentioned in the lawsuit thus making them look good. Now the big twist will come in a few months fomr now when the company sues Sony as well (as they are form texas and " Dont take kindly to outsiders" plus it involves big money!)

Seems to me, that these Patents have been filed after the inventions od said consoles! or they would have had it up before!
