Seems to me like Sony should fall under those charges as well. MS will most likely walk away after paying off the guys that own the patents. Nintendo on the other hand may be in a little trouble.

Here' s my conspieracy Theory. Sony being the childish poorsports they are decided to invest a large amount of money in finding anythign that could incriminate the competition after that whole " Immersion" incedent. After finding this they decided to inform them of whats going down and is also funding the whole thing. Sony bribed the company in order to not get mentioned in the lawsuit thus making them look good. Now the big twist will come in a few months fomr now when the company sues Sony as well (as they are form texas and " Dont take kindly to outsiders" plus it involves big money!) Speculation and exagerated theories are fuuuuun!

I wouldn' t worry about things like that until they are serious (like Sony Vs Immersion).US people always sue each other for any reason they can think of.Just to get some $$$$. Wow, did hell freeze over? yeah it' s been freezing lately - I think I' m gonna leave this place for a while :)

I dont get it,why do companies wait to sue big companies, and instead wait until something has sold a lot or the technology is already under production, then they sue them. veryt disgusting of these lamers. [:' (]
Even if you break 2 legs from a crab it still runs! What you gotta do is find its weak spot and do massive damage at it.
