I was massively bored and tired of the crappy wallpaper I had so I decided to make my own. What followed isn' t pretty.

Ok, I' m hoping you weren' t just putting this up for pats on the back, and jusdging from the title I' m guessing not. The actual screenshot is amazing, if that' s real footage of sonic, pre-order mine now. I' m doubting however you actually get to take much credit for that (if you do, then there' s more to you than we know.) As to what' s been done to make it a wallpaper, meh, and that' s not saying I can do better. The sonic title at the bottom is blocky and just sticks out. It' d look way better if the text was just overlayed directly. Also the clouds look all screwed up near the top, is that how the original screen shot is? I saw a similar desktop once, but the edges all had a speed effect added so it looked like you were going really fast, kind of how burnout 3 looks. I think that would look pretty damn good on a desktop like this.

Why are you so down on yourself about the obviously-fantastic job you' ve done?
