I have never listened to Anime music, so i cannot make a statement... but game music and 80' s.... ah! that is music to my ears.

Actually after thinking about it and re-listening to the 80s tracks I downloaded from ' da' Real music store I' ll have to go with Game music first and then 80s music second because most of the anime music I really like sound sort of 80ish in a way. Like the Bubblegum Crisis series, the majority of the tracks consist of cool Rock sounds with an 80ish feel.. Also the ending theme of Fatal Fury The Motion Picture is definitely 80ish..

yeah! of course i love video game music. although i never heard Anime music. is it the same as J pop music? what ever the case i still think that its pretty good.
