Seeing as how this game is being released here in North America on Monday, and to our European friends on June 29, I thought that this would be a good time to start this thread.

Personally, this is one of my most anticipated games of this year and I can' t believe it' s already here. I think that this game will give gamers the wow factor in the graphics department that Gears gave us back in November 2006. Gameplay looks solid, and hey you can' t go wrong with having 2 demonic symbiotic arms at your side, plus little darklings you can order around on suicide missions.

Anyway, can' t wait to get my hands on this game, and I can' t wait to see what the rest of you will think of this game.

it scored a 9 on 1up, looks good but it won' t have the wow factor in graphic deprt , let that to COD4 :)

IGN just reviewed the game, 7.8 !! that' s very disapointing, too bad a potentiel AAA title has gone although we should admit that last previews were not overwhelming.

7,8 isnt really that bad a game, if you like the genre. Id like to play, but its not top priority it looks kinda bland to me!

IGN UK have given it and 8.5.

I' m definitely buying it on Friday when it' s released and since i don' t know which version to get i' ll go with the safe option and buy the 360 game.

Im gonna rent it. There' s not enough there to make me purchase it.

I hope this turns out well. I' m not one for FPS' s and I' m interested.

I like it a lot. Loads of cool content, story and art wise. Love the way you can sit and watch whole TV programs! The extra content you unlock as you go along is great with comics and concept art etc.

The only problem is the gameplay itself isnt that interesting! Cant get into the bits in between the story, the shooting and darkness powers etc. And the sometimes dodgy framerate gives me motion sickness... [:' (]

But the rest of the game almost makes up for it.

I have no interest in this game.

I agree I find this game to be very dark and evil which is not my main problem but it isn' t even done well so it is not worth $60 to me.

Well I ended up buying it anyways. To start off the Mulitplayer is garbage all the way. But aside form that its got a great narrative and story. The Gameplay on par with other FPS excelling slightly with its slower more story driven approach. The vast amount of unlockables is nice.

Overall tho I still say rent it. Since once you beat the game there' s little more to do. Its in line with Chronicles of Riddik.

I' m just about to start playin it. I' ll update with impressions later.

Whoa, ....serious Vampire: The Masquerade vibes during walking through the subway!

Everything is great so far, ...except the aiming which feels a little off. Not Far Cry Instincts: Predator off, but a bit random. I turned auto-aim completely off but it still feels slightly wrong.
