M rated games shouldn' t even be restricted to minors in the first place. The government has no right passing these types of restrictions. The responsibility belongs 100% to the parents. Having some games illegal to be sold to minors is no different from saying that it' s the company' s resposibility to make sure kids don' t play Mature rated games. It' s like expecting the store clerk to follow them to their home and make sure they don' t play Manhunt. That an extreme, but it' s not the extreme that' s offensive it' s the principle itself. It' s the who that is wrong. A parent is expected to be at home to watch the kids. So why have any laws in the store?

I' ve seen dead people. Its not like I wanted to, or it was on television or in a game or anything. But since a person died before me, who' s gonna give me permission to watch or not, jsut because I was a youngster?

What' s the point? We already have restrictions on selling M-rated games to minors. Hell, even I get carded. Best Buy can' t control all employees 100% of the time, that' s why people get fired. We already know that irresponsible people/ companies are going to ignore those restrictions, even if there was an actual law. Ultimately, whatever some law in some book somewhere says, it' s still the responsibility of the parents to control what their kids play and watch (or eat, or drink, or smoke, etc.) Waste of ***ing time.

My point is just that younger people can handle death, and can certainly handle some violent games. Jack is retarded.

Some years back i worked at a afterschool thing for kids. I installed Quake 2 and Diablo 2 on the computers so the kids could learn proper gaming.

I went to gamestop and pre-ordered Halo 3, and they asked me for my ID (I' m 23). I asked him if I looked 16 and he said they have to ask everyone who looks under 30 that. A little ridiculous if you ask me.

Woolworths?? I haven' t seen a Woolworths since I was little . Where are you from? Eh? I see Woolworths' all the time. I live in Rutland. VX, I wish I was there. I tried to take on a Big Daddy yesterday and failed. The electroshock plasmid is the most useful one, though, as it stuns everything. I use it to stun turrets so that I can hack them afterwards.
