What' s the point?
We already have restrictions on selling M-rated games to minors. Hell, even I get carded. Best Buy can' t control all employees 100% of the time, that' s why people get fired.
We already know that irresponsible people/ companies are going to ignore those restrictions, even if there was an actual law.
Ultimately, whatever some law in some book somewhere says, it' s still the responsibility of the parents to control what their kids play and watch (or eat, or drink, or smoke, etc.)
Waste of ***ing time.
