You can get a PC that destroys an X360 for under $1000, and it does more than just play games, it does thousands, if not millions of more things, so stfu, it' s asinine to even suggest that a console can come close to the greatness of a PC.

And btw you need HDTVs for PC too, unless you' re a loser that likes to play on 20" monitors. I have mine hooked up to a 37" HDTV in my room.

Infact, I' m pretty sure that Sony studios is the ones who will show the most improvement in games, this generation.
They' ve been stuck on much weaker hardware than their competitors, for a while, and allways kept on delivering alot of quality titles, I' m pretty sure they will continue doing that. Alot of people underestimate the skill located in various SCEE, SCEA, SCEJ and their partners.
I' m pretty sure that you will continue to see some interesting new IP' s from them, as well as the old belowed ones. :)

I agree, but it has nothing to do with the power of the PS2 and how they where stuck whit it, its because the size of SCE Worldwide Studios, they are huge and alot bigger than say MS games Studios and NINTENDO developing group, its all about money this gen, whit the PS3 it all comes down to the amount of money u can invest since u havo to make several programs in a single game, as simple as that.

I' m also sure they' ll make some truly awesome games, maybe even the best this new generation. But that won' t happen for a while. As I see it, the PS3 is nothing but future potential. Today I see nothing interesting in the PS3 so that' s why you' re not getting a great gaming console if you buy it in 2006 or 2007.
2008 on the other hand could be the big year for Sony.

You should have a 7600 with 512Mb running on an AM2 with 2Gb of ram, with a 300Gb HDD and 160Gb external, price? Well lets just say less than a PS3 and more than a 360.

Oh and the res on a 34" HDTV is amazing however I prefer to be able to game on the PC in my own Space and running it on a 19" HD monitor still makes it look amazing.

Mind you my 360 on the same screen looks awesome too.

For example HD DVD, Wifi, Wireless controller, and live subscriptions are not required. Instead of buying a video game console, you buy an over priced DVD player. Well I bought my 360 second hand afew months ago and sadly its dying (Im waiting for the courier to pick it up) but on the odd occasion it DOES work Gears of War has always been a great game and has never crashed on me!!

I hope the PS3 is built better than this piece of crap. And the 360 IS a piece of crap.

Ah!! This is why im finding the 360 Visual output Slighty blurred and dull.

, you' d think it woud be decent but its just blurred as if its not sourced properly.. Every console ive played through VGA look MUCH sharper and brighter.. Dreamcasts VGA output Owns it. Even xbox 1' s VGA output gives out a cleaner look.
