No, you just have a shit SDTV and are playing via composite that' s all.

For some their VGA is the best choice at their HDTV.

For me COmpontent is wayyyyyy better then my VGA.

Majik, yes you are correct in some respects however a lot depends on the whether it is running 128 or 256 mem bandwidth, most cards are running 128 hence the cheapness of said card. However the 8800 should blow anything out of the water as long as you have the rest of the system running at a par with it.
