Its not that, its either Nintendo or PC You missed old SEGA, Snk, Treasure, Some Capcom. Basically Any game that is done properly and plays naturally for that system. You could sum that up by just saying Wii or PC.

ORIGINAL: Virtua fighter 5 What spec did you go for VF? Full details please! (Looking at your race sim setup it prob has every bell & whistle right?) I dont think Crysis multiplayer will be as pick up and play fun as Halo. I dont think Yerli should count on too many Halo fans ' getting' him either. I toned down my orignal plans and now have: 1 Nvidia 8800GTX 768mb (GPU) was gonna go x2 but not worth it since the next is around the corner and will easily out-perform 2 8800 GTX' s. Intel Quad Core 2.4 ghz (CPU) was gona go for the quad at 3.2Ghz but i should be able to overclock this 2.4 upto atleast 2.8ghz and will save about £70 Patriot 4GB PC2@9600 Extreme (RAM) 320GB Maxtor Diamondmax SATA2 (HD) ASUS P5K Intel iP35 Socket 775 (MB) Xilence 600W Gaming Edition PS (PSU) Toned down? I know you were waiting for this thing to arrive - where did you get it from?

Here Great custom PC builder, Can pay for it whole or ' Buy now pay 9 month interest free option' . Delivered within 8-10 days. If you just choose the best / or components ive chosen your PC wil be bullet-proof.. everything ive thrown at it, it runs them piss easy. Even MOH-airborne looked and moved amazing. -i' ll have to post some 60fps videos- Recommended.

I think your standards are slipping But Orange Box is nearly here and hopefully you' ll be back to your normal elitism after that Out of curiousity, how much did you spend alltogether. I am, after all in the market for a new PC myself and everybody & their aunty is telling me to build my own instead of dropping a couple of grand on a pre-built named brand.

Exactly, the price of my new PC was just under 1K and i found that Aria site to have some of the cheapest prices and great feedback. Don' t play Medal of Honor: Airborne though - it' s terrible. I think your standards are slipping Im playing through Bioshock. Airborne was one of many random demos ive D/L to throw at my PC to test it' s Power, nothing more.

Nitro. Build it yourself, that PC isn' t worth 1K euro, lol. Unless you guys get raped on hardware prices over there. 1k Euro = $1,400 It has shit components, Patriot ram?, Asus motherboard? Xilence PSU? All of that stuff is low performance. Good luck overclocking with that shit, your mobo sucks ass for OCing, your ram will overheat, and your PSU is going to fry within a few months and take out the GPU with it. You can put high end OCZ ram in there, a good EVGA mobo, PC Power & Cooling PSU with more watts and still have money left over. Using sites like that is ok if you can' t build it yourself, if it were not for the fact that those sites always throw in GARBAGE PSUs & Ram, which is why I never recommend them, they feed on stupid people who dont know anything about PSUs and think the only thing that matters is the watt rating, they also tend to use cheap shit ram to get people to buy 4GBs of crappy ram because they don' t realize 2GB of high quality ram will outperform that.

I guess the price isn' t that bad for being a store within Europe. I saw a pc here very similar to that one (almost the same components) with a slightly bigger hard drive but a crappy noname graphics card. And the price was 1350 euro...

These aren' t " official" but they' re all i could find: Minimum Requirements CPU: Athlon 64 3000+/Intel 2.8ghz Graphics: Nvidia 6600 or ATI X1600 - Shader Model 2.0 RAM: 1GB HDD: 6GB Internet: 256k+ Optical Drive: DVD Software: DX9 with Windows XP / Vista Recommended Requirements CPU: Dual-Core CPU (Athlon X2 / Pentium D / Core 2 Duo) Graphics: Nvidia 7800 or ATI X1800 (SM 3.0) RAM: 1.5GB+ HDD: 6GB Internet: 512k+ (128k+ upstream) Optical Drive: DVD Software: DX9 with Windows XP / Vista However... A single 7800GTX will run the game quite well on fairly high settings according to Crysis Art Director, Michael Khaimzon, and Jack Mamais of Crytek said in an exclusive Crysis-Online interview that his X1900XT runs the game very well at reasonably high settings. But most importantly - in a recent PC Gamer UK preview (CryTek' s CEO and President ) Cevat Yerli said an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, 2GB RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce 8800 card could run the game at " ultra detail" settings! Im seriously doubting whether my X1900XT will run Crysis smoothly with the detail shown off in vids and pics. They said the same thing for the 9800 pro with far cry, and some levels had awful slowdown. They may have improved their optimisation techniques by now however.

I think i waited until just the right time to put together a machine to run this game (and Far Cry 2). With any luck i' ll have my PC mid November, just as Crysis and UTIII drop. Next month is going to be pretty intense...

They said the same thing for the 9800 pro with far cry, and some levels had awful slowdown. They may have improved their optimisation techniques by now however. 2 years ago i owned 9800 pro 128 MB paires with P4 3ghz, and it ran Far cry flawlessly at Ultra setting, i don' t know what slow down you were talking about, i used fraps in many and many levels , the game got on average 60 fps (indoor) , while outdoore in the jungle around 35 fps.. but the resolution was 1024*768 NO AA , ultra setting. it was extreme rare that the game goes below 25 fps. i don' t know why the hell are you worried about Crysis, if you have a 7800 GTX you' ll be fine , the main problem that Crysis didn' t get its way (the way it is) to consoles is the lack of memory... otherwise those graphic can be handled with a 360 (not ultra setting but high setting) this is obvious ... a 8800 GTS ( not even GTX) should absolutly have nooo problem whatsoever, it wil run the game at max, 720p or even greater resolution , just match the card with a great CPU and you' re are good to go, you don' t even need a quad core to play it at max... 2 Gb ram ( be it vista or xp) 8800 GTS Core 2 DUO E6400 that configuration will run the game at max, 1280*728, AA2 ( average 45 fps or greater) guaranteeed NO ***ING DOUBT Im seriously doubting whether my X1900XT will run Crysis smoothly with the detail shown off in vids and pics. your card won' t have a problem with Crysis AT ALL, you will play it as or almost as the videos shown (directx 9 version of course )

Well this game better play good because i' m not so hyped up on it to force me to upgrade just yet. Why all the This game will suck comments? Do games with better graphics always suck or something??
