I despise the Dual Shock. Four shoulder buttons? Are you kidding me? I have enough trouble with two! Pressing R2, then quickly switching to L1... it' s so frustrating. And I think the fact that the PS' s buttons are represented by shapes means they really ran out of ideas...

Square! Triangle! R2, L1, then R1 simultaneously with Circle, Square, and L2...

I have finally, after 10 years, memorized where the Triangle, X, Square, and Circle buttons are on the PS2 pad! Before recently, I never played the Playstation brand that much to care. I looked at the controller and I saw heiroglyphics. I still have trouble with Nintendo controllers since they label them BACKWARDS! I wish Nintendo had taken the time to learn the order of our alphabet. This is honestly one of the first things I hated about Nintendo. I remember seeing the NES controllers with its B and A buttons (in that order) and thinking to myself " Are they like, retarded or something?"

So I got Sega, who could count.

The reason the NES controller had the ' B, A' order was because your thumb would be closer to the A button, which is a more important button than B.

I' ve had trouble with the PS controller too, as you' ve seen in my last post. I still can' t get it right. Shapes just don' t cut it for me. Nor do numbers. I like letters.

I prefer A,B,X and Y to 1,2,3,4 and X,O,Triangle and Square.

Gamecube controller for me, although I agree the z button sucks. After that it' s probably the PS2 controller. I like all the shoulder buttons, a game like SSX tricky is better on the PS2 simply because of that fact.(over the gamecube version I' m saying)

Wait... Do you like the Original Xbox controller, or the controller S? Mmm.

And yeah, I do agree that the Z-button sucks on the GC. But it' s a whole lot better than those FOUR shoulder buttons on the PS2! It' s just so nightmarishly confusing to input a command with R1, 2 and L1 and 2.

Dont any of you think its kinda sad that your sitting and sending messages about fav. game controllers? Thats like holding a conversation on the biggest peice of lint youve ever pulled out of your pocket, and I know damn well everyone in this forum got picked on in school.

Muhahahaha. " Videogamesruleme" you are a dumbass. You just posted in a videogame forum which already proves you are a nerd. To pick on people in an internet forum and making fun of them for not having girlfriends and such makes you even more of a nerd. Trying to act like you are better than us puts the icing on the cake. You probably more of a nerd than any of us here. You' ll probably come up with a comeback like- " Yeah right, I play sports all the time and sleep with a different chick every night. I' m sexay!" Then you' ll never post a pic of yourself to prove it.

Go look in the picture thread in the Everything Else section. Find my picture. As you' ll be able to tell I' m good looking(that' s what the ladies tell me), and athletic. I run daily and lift wieghts daily. I play sports regularly ranging from water sports, to basketball, to 5k races. I' ll post pics of myself doing all these activities if you need proof.

Picking on people at game forums and stereotypng gamers these days is just retarted. I have no problem admitting I' m a nerd and I love games an I am interested in hearing what type of controllers/consoles/games people are interested in. That doesn' t mean I don' t have a life outside of my computer and consoles. That goes the same for everybody else here. They have lives. You' re the only one I question since you decide to take time out of your day to make fun of people on an internet board.

Actually Rampage is a pretty good looking fella. And yes, a totally hetero male CAN say that about another dude and not have there be some hidden meaning and whatnot.
