The AAA list looks more like the AAA of your dreams: Mass Effect, Forza Motorsport 2, Halo 3, Fable 2 (well OK, we know this will get pushed back to 2008), Alan Wake, BioShock, The Darkness, Shadowrun, Lost Planet, Lost Odyssey, Too Human, Blue Dragon, Assassin' s Creed, Guitar Hero 2, GTA IV, Project Gotham Racing 4, and maybe even Resident Evil 5 will hit the system. And if that wasn' t enough, Microsoft and its partners have two dozen more titles they haven' t even revealed yet baking in the oven.

I agree with IGN,and i guess RARE is one of those who hasn' t talked much of their upcoming games,expect BANJO KAZOOIE,it might be end up crap,but at N64 it was total ownage.we have a kick ass year ahead of us,now i just need to chainsaw and play some co-op with some noobies at kikizo.

Not many there interest me, a few though which is promissing as i' m still weighing up which next gen system i will eventually purchase.

Then compare to wii and ps3,and you realise how good it is ^^

Thing is while it is getting some AAA games, most of 360' s line up doesn' t interest me much.
If i was to buy a 360 now the only things is would be buying it for (over a ps3) are Gears of war, and ALAN WAKE!! (Sorry been on about that game from ages ago).
Only one of them I know is good, however short.
Right now i don' t know how good any of the ps3 games i want are, having not played them for myself, so it' s hard to say, but heavenly sword, and lair are two games im interested in, but there is quite a bit more aside from it.

I am interested in the software, so if more of the titles i want go to 360 then that' d be great as i can save a bundle, and it' s looking likely with sony losing so many titles these days. Right now though it is in favour of the ps3 and that is the only reason there is not a 360 sitting under my tv right now.

Well since Rare is dev Banjo kazooie and is dev another title they havnt announced yet,but since a kameo movie is under dev and kamoe was a succrs perhaps kamoe2?

How is Alan Wake to be considered a ' AAA' title? I saw a trailer for that about 7 months before the Xbox360 was released. All it was was some dude standing on a pier and the camera circled around him. Looked really boring. Made me hate the Xbox360 even before it was finished. The game showed absolutely ZERO potential. Alan Wake will probably be a ' FFF' game.

There was a video showing off Alan Wake from a intel conference, and the graphics and physics are superb, i liked the general method of story telling in Max Payne, and its the same devs that are making AW. All previewers who have seen or played a bit of it, says it looks really good, scary, and that it puts a new light on horror games!

I agree about the physics... he stood there on the pier just like any other lifeless dude not doing anything with a camera zooming around all over the place would!

Indeed, the 2007 360 line up does look rather impressive, but the question is how many of those games will actually be any good?

lol joe, the game looked great, you should have seen the tornado demo shown off. this is the biggest reason for me wanting a 360.

Remedy making a pyschological action/adventure sort of along the lines of Silent Hill. Sure fire hit for me, forget the E3 trailer! The IDF vid showed how much potential the engine has, so I' m just waiting to see some actual in-game stuff.

But yea I' d say in 2007 I' ll end up buying about a game a month, and £480 over the year is good going!

Joe, that video is like 2 years old, go see some of the new ones. If you have ever played Max Payne games [which where great] then you should know what to expect.
