I fail to see why I am not an industry insider, who's opinion is broadcast over hundreds of gaming news sites, blogs, and RSS feeds. Moreover, I fail to see why some people still regard him as anything more than comic relief, in the same vein as Kutaragi and Dyack.

I live in a suburb with mostly 4-6 bedroom houses and they all have basements. I always just sorta assumed basements were the norm.

I like you because i have an affinity for assholes... but we don't actually know an awful lot about you... and you've told us very little. Hell, we don't even know what you look like. Everybody else has posted their picture in the other forum. Do you look like the elephant man or something? Seriously, ...don't be shy...

Emo is a bit of an enigma.  He seems to have multiple personality disorder.  Even the scraps of information he has given about himself don't match well together.  He's by far the biggest elitist in these forums yet he made a very vocal case for socialism not too long ago.    He seems proud that he comes from wealthy parents, and understands the advantage this would bring him.  He recognizes social inequality yet he wears his supposed wealth like a badge of honour.  This brings me to the two things that bug me the most about him.  If he was raised from parents who had a home with a pool house then why the fuck would his first job be at Walmart?  Do you know how many upper class teenagers in the US work in retail, none.  You'd be lucky to find any spoiled 16 year old working at all let alone in some shit hole.  If I had kids and we lived in a pool house, they would not work in some shit minimum wage job to pay for college.  I would simply pay for their University and they would get their first job after graduation.  

This leaves me with two conclusions.  Either he's an extraodinary asshole verging on sadism, maybe repressed anger caused from his demented parents.  Some of his behaviour just seems like frustration, maybe sexual.  Or he's a compulsive liar, where next to nothing he has said about himself is factual. 

I tend to think he's just an asshole (American grade).  Either way he's entertaining. 

I've never worked at Walmart. 

I lived in NY (cold climate) for a long time with no basement, again they are for poor people.  Get a job and buy more square feet instead of going underground like an animal.

And my parents value work ethic, I am not to sit on my ass just because they own 7 or so businesses.  Which I couldn't work in as a teenager because you have to be 21+ to work in them anyway and scattered across different states and countries, by the time I was 21 I already was making more money than most of you will ever make so it was a moot point.

I am simply better than most people, get over it.
