Pretty much in any big business lawsuit case, the one with the most money wins because lawsuits are expensive affairs to maintain. All the bigger company has to do is draw out the lawsuit long enough until it becomes unacceptably expensive for the other company. The smaller company will want/have to pull out, and ends up with a settlement that is far below what they expected when they started the whole process.

Another case of M$ using dirty tactics to try to gain an upperhand, shows how scared they are...
I know, right? I mean, a 7 million console lead on the other partie affected in this lawsuit? I would be terrified too. Someone really should think before posting.

I don' t know if you guys know this but for a while MS owned some inmersion shares, then they sold them, maybe thats how they managed to implement that clause.
and yes, it' s fuked up for them to do shit like this, not unexpected coming from them though
