GI: Games like Code Cronos and Ninja Gaiden 2 have been sort of waiting in the wings for quite a while now. Do you think we’ll be hearing some announcements about those titles in 2007?

Itagaki: I’d like to show everybody some of the new stuff that we’ve been working on in the near future. The only problem with that is that when the other developers see what we’re doing, they’re going to lose all of their motivation to create any game in the same genre, because there’s no way they can beat it.

But seriously though, all I want of Itagaki is to bin that game engine he' s been rehashing since DOA2. Start with something new and fresh and I' m sure he' d be able to live up to his words.

Big words, hopefully more reliable than hayashi (sigma guy) who said Rachael would be the best female character in a game compared even to those that are yet to be release (a dig at heavenly sword i' m sure) - That was in incredible let down.

Cause remember this guys,xbox only had one good fighting game,DOA and one good action game,well not only good but " amazing" .

But now DOA will fight against VF and DMC4 against NG2.

He just got challenged by other japanese developers who wanna take away the consumers form him.

Im sure he will deliver though,but as I said,even if he fail DMC4 is still coming for the 360.
