I envy anyone who has played a 360, so how big does it look in (for lack of a better term) person?

December 2nd can' t come soon enough for me!

I almost got to try out an xbox 360 at wal-mart. But stupid wal-mart had it turned off for some reason. At least I got to hold the controller a while. Seemed ub3r comfy. But I had to pretty much get on my knees to be low enough to hold it. Wal-mart sux. Hopefully they have enough 360s I can get one at midnight. Wal-mart rots my gut.

Ya after my run in with Wal-Mart, I found out they been shut-off all over since it was interfering with their scanner systems or somin.

It isnt to much smaller. But its definatly not a massive giant. Hard to say tho without a side by side with the current xbox.

My friend told me he played the 360 at Best Buy this morning! I' m going there right now. C' ya!

The 360 pad came straight from Canada this morning and it really is very nice. Good to look at and comfy in your hand, it' s exactly what the X-Box pad should have been, instead of the cumbersome black controller of old. The 360 pad is even smaller than the S-Type X-Box pad which came with my console.

In fact the only problem I have with the pad is that I can' t get it working properly with any games I have for the PC. I' ve only tried it out with Sonic Heroes but it doesn' t seem to recognise some buttons. It plays fine, good even with the pad and feels as good as playing the game on console. However the right analogue stick used for the camera and the LT / RT triggers don' t seem to work. I can' t get the rumble function working either. It might just be the fact the game doesn' t support the controller but I' ll mess about a bit and see if I can get it to work.

Muhahahahaha. I got to hold the console yesterday! I have connections! I hugged it! I so wanted to run off with it! Anyway, I' m garaenteed to get my console launch day. EB is only getting 12 in per store and I just so happened to be the 9th person to pay it off in full (they aren' t going by who pre-oredered first, they are going by who pays it off first). The last three at the store are going to employees. So not only did I snuggle with a 360 I was garenteed to own one on the 22nd! YES!!!!

On a side note my friend in my game group just happened to acquire Totally Xbox J Allard' s phone number. Lol!

Can' t wait for buy a next gen console

Call my old fashioned but I' m just going to wait in line at Wal-Mart for mine. My friend gets that handy 10% discount so no sales tax for me.

Ahhh, I' m gonna apply at EB Games, see if i can work there full-time for now, if i get hired then im definitely getting my hands on one of the 360s. Anyone have any friends that work at EB Games?? I live in Mississauga btw.
