Every thread decends into stupid arguments about which console is " teh mostest powerfullest!!!" and some people just don' t bother posting, even though they do want to discuss the original topic.

It' s at the point now that i' m simply going to start blocking people who carry on talking sh!t and it shouldn' t be that way.

Funny thing is that i dont think these arguements came up much with ps2/xbox, people knew xbox was more powerful (unless they were idiots, and I actually used to know a guy who would argue the ps2 was MUCH better, lmao). Yet now there are two systems that are pretty evenly matched, people have to fight.

Silly really... I guess hardware really is more important than games, at least to some people.

The true problem is, that most people especialy the sony fans cant accept that the PS3 isnt the über mega powerhouse theyv been waiting for when compared to the 360. they are about the same, one has more power in one place, the other has more power in anohter place

No the thing is, the MS fanboys cant stand when people IE ' a overall fan of games in general' , admits a PS3 game is looking hot and is all of a sudden tagged a SONY fanboy?! WTF..

Your allowed to think its hot, but as soon as you say that an MS console cant do it, your labeled the fanboy!

I doubt any resolution will last long.

I agree with some people though, that to say one game looks great, or a perticular consoles games look good then the fanboy label is thrown on them so fast it' s unbelievable.

Besides when were any of us given the right to judge people and try to make ourselves or our points superior and them/theirs inferior by labelling a fanboy because they honestly prefer something over something else.
Yeah, it is very annoying when a member expresses hate for a console because of the name on the box, and has nothing but bad stuff to say and complain about.

Majik is right to block these people, while i don' t think fanboys, i think instead ignorant, and unfortunate. It is these so called ' Gamers' that will lose out on some of the more memorable titles in history because they can' t see past a brand name.
