I still play street fighter 3: third strike, and i think it' s the finest fighting game you can yet find. And i would rather play it then any 3d powerhouse game, anyday.

I could even pull off her finishing move! I think the characters in Killer Instinct had way more personality than in Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat. I think the only real competition in that area would be KoF. Everything from the music to the combo system was perfect (at that time) and it was one of my most played SNES games. I was disappointed with Killer Instinct 2 although it was far better in the arcade than on N64. I really hope RARE develop both Banjoe Threeie and Killer Instinct 3 after Viva Pinata, -- and KI3 just HAS to be 2D or at least have 2D characters. The move to 3D has already proved that Street Fighter and King of Fighters should definately stay 2 dimensional, and the same applies to Killer Instinct. Hi-res 2D Killer Instinct 3?! Oh yeah!
