A) TalkPlayStation.com [:' (] B) Kotaku [:' (] C) Announced and shown before 5 is out...  D) Activision are no longer a member of the ESA and won' t be at E3. Neither will any of their studios, including Infinity Ward. So, its either bullshit (probable), or it' s a new IP. There are 100+ people working at Infinity so a new IP is a possibility, ...but i doubt it.

I would understand if IW were sick of making CoD games. I' d be intrested to see where they are going with this.
i dont want it, i hate scifi shooters.
Well isnt it because they are overly unrealistic in the damage depictions, maybe a call of duty styled game coudl show something new

The recently renegotiated deal may not seem like much of an impact from the outside perspective, but it has laid the ground work and kick started our future project, as well as the possibility of a unique new IP by Infinity Ward, that we’ll have complete control over. We’re excited to be working on our next project, but it’s going to be quite a while before I can share any details on exactly what that project is.
