Since updates like this are unenforceable except when making them a requirement to play new releases, i hardly see the point.

He' s abandoned 3.50 and moved straight onto 3.51.

The average person sees the word " update" , they think better, they download.

In the end it still doesn' t effect the hardcore hack-monkey, but they' d have to do something.
