a while ago i noticed that sega anounced outrun 2006 coast 2 coast for playstation 2, playstation portable, and pc. but wher' s the xbox version gone ?

its strange they fail to report a xbox version, becouse the outrun games (both part 2 and outrun 2 sp) are running on xbox hardware. with the exelent release from outrun 2 on xbox, sumo digital allready proved that they have what it takes to create a xbox version. so ofcourse i' d rather buy me a xbox version (love the controller for racing games) than the playstation 2 one. but a psp version will definately be bought, becouse having a outrun game for on the move is really exelent !

It will come out on Xbox as well, according to my sources. Sega just doesn' t want to say so yet for some reason. Maybe there is confusion over Xb/Xb360 or something. But expect more platforms for Or2006c2c.

No it combines OutRun 2 with the special SP edition for arcades and adds some stuff to it.

i would not mind having it on xbox 360. becouse the controllers feel just as good (i' ve played on the 360 from my nephew) but then i just have to get some money to buy me a xbox 360 and outrun 2006 coast 2 coast. if it gets released on xbox, then only the game will do.

i will also buy the psp version. imagine having those cool outrun 2 tracks, and outrun 2 sp tracks to play with on the move

i guess we just have to wait..... they anounced the ps2, psp, and pc version for march..... can' t wait.

i have saved up enough for a xbox 360 now ! so if it comes out on the 360, i have no problem with that :P but untill that time, i will have to seatle for project gotham racing 3 witch is not such a punishment et al :)

like you can read in the news section on kikizo, this game comes also to the xbox.

but i read it first on the sega europe site. it looks that sega ads a lot of new elements. you can unlock new features while driving lots of miles. also there will be upgrades to " tune" your car. but not on the outside, just for speed and handling. more can be found in sega citty' s interview with one of sumo digital' s people. so now its just waiting for march 31 to get my grubby mitts on this exelent sega racer......

oh, it contains the stages of outrun 2, and outrun 2 SP.

A fun thing with the PSP version is that while you wait in line at the arcades to play Outrun, you could play it on the PSP

outrun will come out on xbox as well , the info has been on the web , i read it like three days ago on www.best4gamers.com, they say it' s a sure thing , don' t worry and be happy

It' ll definitely be downgraded for the PS2, how can it not be? And it' ll be downgraded even further for the PSP which is an insanely weak system. Xbox is the only version worth getting. I just wish it cost $10 more than other games like Xbox360 games do because I love spending more money for no reason!

i am getting both versions. the xbox one will be arcade perfect, and the psp version kills time when i am somewhere with no xbox in sight :P but with only the psp version, i am afraid that this version will have the most trouble bringing the or2006c2c feeling on the screen. but, maby i' m wrong, and sega works miracles.
