I find psychiatry pointless. Disorders like these aren' t fatal and you could live without knowing about them. I think by telling someone they have it makes them even worse.

I dunno after researching all there is about bipolar disorder I think its better I know whats been controlling my actions. At least now Im more aware when things start kicking in I can subdue them just a bit better but last night proved im still not quite there until I seek some more help.
