Metroid Prime (97) ====> Metroid Prime 1 did 250k in 10 days ====> add the fact that the install base was much smaller then metroid' s 2.


Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (92) ====> Metroid Prime 2 did 220k in one month ====> much larger install base yet much smaller sales.

Metroid Prime 3 did 220k in 4 days. ====> can' t compare the wii to gamecube, the install base is not the same AT ALL, taking in account the number of owners and the target market. Metroid does not even have games to compete with on the wii.

But the game can also stand on its own quality, at least judging by the previews so far.

GOW will sell more than anything this year. Expect MG, Metroid, SSB to over take or Equal by this time Next year.
