I know it' s one of the Crow films (or at least i THINK i know), but i' m not sure if it' s the first or second.

My guess is that you have good enough taste in movies to know that the 2nd film was rubbish, but the original ruled, so i' m leaning towards the first film. Ofcourse, i could be completely wrong, in which case you have permission to call be a dumbass!
