It is going to be closer than people think.
You have Crackdown, Halo3, Mass Effect, Asassins creed, CoD4, PGR4.(Obviously personal choices.)
It depends how people want to express game of the year. biggest sellers, playability, graphics, sound.

Orange box is not a game. It' s a collection of games where most of them were already sold seperately months ago. Still probably the best deal.
Orange Box- Best SKU
Eye of Judgement - Most innovative
UT3- Best multiplayer
GOTY- Mass Effect
The rest doesn' t matter.
