Nah. Halo barely breaks my Top 50 all-time. Great game, but after playing it through once, I really had no desire to go through it again.

No, I' m apparently one of the few people that realize that Halo is a great FPS and not much more. Games did exist long before Halo, contrary to popular belief.

I' ve been gaming since I was 4. That' s 14 years of gaming in my belt. Gaming since 4 years old? Its strange I see many peep' s saying this but I fail to see how competent everyone' s gaming skills are at that age? I touched a joystick for a quick waggle when I was young but didn' t complete an arcade cab till I was 6, so that is the age I state as the begining of me as a serious gamer?

I was playing Atari at the time and kickin butt at games like hockey and some robot fighting game. Not long after I recieved a NES and I beat the original Mario. I played numerous games after that including T2 which was hard but beatable. I loved games ever since I got my hands on that Atari system.

I was smart for my age. I was able to handle conversations at two. I also knew the alphabet, nursery rhymes, and could count to a hundred and further at the same age. Hard to believe? I thought so too until my parents showed me he video. By the age of four I was reading and writing(slightly) and started doing some baic drawings(not just scribbles). I wonder what happened to that intellegence

My all time best game is HALO.Because it is the best and most original FPS ever.It did so much for FPS.Between Halo and Goldeneye there were no good FPS. #2.Goldeneye007 (N64) #3.Zelda series #4.Mario Series #5.PGR series #6.DOA series #7.Splinter Cell(XBOX)not the crappy version on PS2. #8.GTA series

For me the Castlevania series is a given. I also found Guilty Gear X2 for the PS2 to be a very awesome game. One of my favorite games though was Ogre Battle 64 for the N64. That was just a excellent game.

Yeah, I started gaming at about that age too... in fact, I was absolutely horrifyingly obsessed at that age ;-). I learned to read at like 5 - according to my mom, she once decided that she was not going to read the computer' s dialog to me anymore, in the hope that I would stop playing it all day. Instead, I decided I didn' t need her and went off and read it all myself. I' m really not much of a next-gen person, mostly because I lack large gobs of cash to spend. As far as I' m concerned, SSBM (and, if N64 is a next-gen system, the original SSB) are the one good reason to use them. Sure there are some good games, but nothing that justifies the stiff prices. So, favorite game of all time: Super Smash Bros Other favorite games, in no particular order (actually in alphabetical because I' m looking through a list): Bomberman (all) Bubble Bobble Castlevania (the originals, not the 3d ones) As much as I' m not particularly a RPG person, several of the Final Fantasies, especially 7 (which I played on PC) Kid Icarus Kirby (all) Marble Madness, even if the last level was totally impossible Mega Man (all, except for the crappy PC ripoff) Zelda 1 and 3, but definitely not 2 Actraiser Donkey Kong Country 1-3 Evo, despite the horrid Engrish Street Fighter 2 and etc. Don' t laugh... the original Pokemon. Probably others

neminem! DUDE! I adore bubble bobble. I still play that game, it is so awesome. FFVII really got me into the RPG stuff, I thoroughly enjoyed FFX and Tactics (I only just recently played Tactics for the first time). Old school, nothing beats Mario and Zelda, any of them for the NES were the best. I have also always been a big puzzle game person too, so that kind of stuff does it for me. recent fav' s would have to include Mario Kart Double Dash and Time Splitters 2, still a sucker for it.

Yeah, Bubble Bobble is a classic. It was my crack when I was younger. Anyway, I agree with Russian Mobster. No two games have done as much for console FPS as Halo and Goldeneye.
