I had windows ME it had a nice interface...a nice blue screen all the time

No, you misunderstand.
Windows 3.1 shares a similar base with windows 95, the 9x base.
If you look at most of the dynamic libraries, it' s posted in multiple places.
Both chicago and janus share the same aspects, but windows 9x is 32bit, and 3.1 was 16.
Otherwise, a great deal of both oses are common, for the respects of compatability.

Anyone noticed how much nicer the texture on Hidemoto' s Ryu is compared to Tiz? Do you think Tiz can really compete in the next generation war?
