I got my PSP about 3 months ago now, & it' s been in-between use. For about the first 3 weeks I didn' t have a memory stick. So I bummed a 1 gig off of a friend for the past 2 months, and he just recently asked for it back. It was a little irritating not having more than Wipeout Pure & GTA, but I got by.

I just bought a ridiculously cheap 256 stick (choc-full of weird asian porn when I got it), plugged it into my PSP, and the damn PSP doesn' t read the disk. So being the little NES boy that I am, I pop the UMD give it a good outward wipe, and stuff it back in. No luck. I try 2 different games before finally concluding that it' s a problem with the hardware, and not with my immaculately clean PSP games. I' m fiddling around with it as we speak & it' s frozen up trying to load Wipeout, but I think it got jostled in my bag or something like that, so I' m currently hunting around on ebay for a spare drive unit.
