i have a dimension xps gen 3 bios; phoenix rom bios plus version1.10 A00
intel pentium 4 cpu 3.20 ghz (2cpus), ~3.2 GHz memory 1022mb ram 183 used direct x 9.0c Radeon X800 SE 128 mb memory display mode 1024 x 768 (32 bit)(60hz). I am looking to make this machine the best it can be. i play the moh pacific assault demo on highest settings and it pauses once and a while, and when i play far cry on very high, the shadows are a wierd rainbow texture. whats up with that? i am basically looking for all products that would go with my cpu that can make it the best it can be. what have you had thats up' d the anty on your pc? are there any cool things you recomend?

well in my opinion you dont need any other items on you motherboard because it you have more that enough processing power, enough ram, with a real nice graphics card

but you didn' t metion what kind of sound card you have, if you have one, and then the machine would be about as good as it can be

but the only thing off the motherboard i would suguest is a video capture device of some sort, because i have one and with it i can record the gameplay on the pc or from the xbox and watch it latter if i want to study the gameplay or just to save a nice stunt or kill you did, but that is just my opinion.

don' t forget about the tower in a crome case
