It' s going to be at least a rental. I' ll wait for some sort of reliable hands-on impression before making my final decision. The multiplayer looks interesting enough though.

It dosent look too bad. Hopefully they have learned a few things from Cod/Bia crowd.

Hmmm not convinced, I loved the original PC games and infact still play them, but I will reserve judgement until a demo is out (hopefully)

Y' know, I was hoping for one, but with less than a month now until release, it' d be a really late demo.

I need this game to be good to satisfy my WW2 FPS craving now that COD has gone all modern. Or maybe I should go back and do COD3 again; hmm, I don' t think so.

In regards to quality, I hope this is a return to the heady heights of MOH' s earlier days.

The original game was good, Underground was even better and Frontline was about the same (but no complaints there from me), Rising sun on the other hand was awful, whilst European assault was merely ok and far too arcadey for my liking.
The newest entry in the series: Vanguard reminded me of the good old days, which is always a good thing. Not managed to play any of the PC games unfortunately.

Airbourne is doing a brand new thing for the series, so I' m unlikely to get the good old days feeling from that. What I do hope is that Airbourne offers a quality game, with a pleasing grand soundtrack (old MOH has one of the best soundtracks of any game in my view) along with all the intensity that we expect from a war themed game in this day and age.

The soundtrack sounds fantastic btw. There' s multiple tracks already released online.

I liked Frontline a lot though. I need a change of pace from the super-epic battles. I find the one-man army concept a whole lot of fun. It' s not like they ever took themselve' s that seriously after the first one.
