Beaver, I hate to tell you, but if your looking for classic FF action, you won' t find it in Crystal Chronicals. Its a great game, but is more akin to Gauntlet. And also, it seems to me to be a gimmick to sell GBA-GC Link Cables (you need one for each player playing). BUt otherwise, it' s fun, but seems more like gauntlet with the FF license.

I have to agree with immortal, here.

FF: CC is a fine game, but it' s certainly not " classic FF." IMO, the next real FF is FF XII.

On top of which, while I understand that the Nintendo is targeting a lower age demographic with the GC, was it REALLY necessary to entirely " kid" out Crystal Chronicles? What would have been the problem of just using similar character designs to FF X or FF X-2? It could still be rated " T" ...it just wasn' t necessary, IMO.

For PS2 I' m most looking Forward to Gran Turismo 4. It has online play, tons of new tracks (plenty of which are modeled after real cources!) and cars, hard-drive support (though it' s not know exactly what it' ll be used for yet, hopefully downloadable cars and track) and so much more. What' s not to love?

For X Box Halo 2 (Say Halo 2 My Little Friend!)... do I even need to explain why?

For GameCube... a realistic exclusive racer. It doesn' t have one and I don' t know why... come to think of it, it doesn' t have a realistic racer period.

Star Ocean 3!

Hell yes, Star Ocean 3. SO 2 is one of the best RPGs ever, and in the top 5 on the PSOne (the RPG machine).

I also can' t wait for Suikoden IV and Front Mission 4. Two of my very favorite series coming this year... ' drools'

That, and the second installment of XenoSaga and the upcoming FF XII. It' s gonna be a good time for hardcore RPG fans.

Oh, besides RPGs, I want GTA: San Andreas and GT 4, of course.
