Looks great. But I' m with Silent on this one. I would have liked a remake of Shogun too. I' ve found that I prefer the close up visceral combat of series like Shogun, Rome, Medieval. Like Age of Empires 3, it just doesn' t seem as cool when it' s mostly fire arm based.

Shogun kicked ass! And the Shimazu clan was my favourite one as they had a green logo and I liked Kyushu island. And when the CPU controlled Shimazu they were always very peaceful with the first daimyo.

Does this mean Sweden might be in it? We won a HUUUUUGE epic fleet battle over Russia,we even invaded them, and owned Finland, parts of Denmark,Norway,Poland,Germany and the whole Balitucm. If Sweden isn' t in this game then there is something wrong with their history. Because seriously Sweden were a big nation at that time.

well they are hinting that it wont be just Europe, maybe the an World map? that would make the game huuuuge. I completed Shogun in an 3 hour play through. on normal, but still I was happywith it. Anybody ever try to play Rome on the hardest setting? yeah.. its impossible.

you finished Shogun in 3 hours? MTW2 took me ca 2 months to finish, via the long campaign. On Hard. I mean there is armies everywhere, there is problems everywhere and at the end of the game, you have such a big empire+armies that just to make one move will take your ca 15-min.

I dunno about medievil 2 [I havent completed it yet, I dunno, out of the three, Medievil series is my last fav, still excellant though] I hope Empire is more like Rome. Oh and when I was playing rome on hard, I was playing as the white guys who start near Italy. Man it was impossible, no way could you ever win that. I urge you guys ti try it and fail! muhahahaha
