8.0 for a shooter on the DS? That' s fantastic if you think about it.
It' s freaking amazing. Played it yesterday. It' s definately on my must-buy list.

I must admit I never thought a shooter would really work on the DS with the touch screen and everything, but a score of 8 is good.

What about Metroid on DS? Which got a 9 at IGN. http://ds.ign.com/articles/697/697307p1.aspx They even thought that the online part with voice chat was almost on the level of PC and console shooters. I guess it can' t be bad. Or did you mean WWII shooters in particular? That being said, Brothers in arms looks great for a DS game.

Metroid eminates awesomeness. It matters not what console it' s on. I' m talking about games that weren' t directly created by the hand of God.
If you like cell phone ports of mediocrity, then go for it.
If it were mediocre in their eyes, it would have been issued a 6.

If it were anything but then it would average higher than 71 on metacritic and would garner favor in the gameplay department, and not just in the fact that the DS can have a playstation quality game on its system.

Simple fact is, I' ve played it and you haven' t. Go play it, & I' ll be glad to pick this up, because arguing with you on a topic you' re ignorant of is nothing short of asinine.
