What' s the deal with heavy rain?

A while ago the producer of indigo prophecy(quantic dream) show a tech demo on their upcoming new title called heavy rain exclusively for the PS3. And that was like around E3 2006 and since then they haven' t give us any news update or talk anything about the game. Has this game been canned? I was really looking forward to it. I love indigo prophecy.

It' s probably not cancelled. It' s just that they have no idea what they' re going to be doing or how they' re going to make it into a game.
