Hoist your Jolly Roger for new sightings of Sid Meier' s genius... off the port bow

10:26 Pirates! is the thoroughly modern remake of Sid Meier' s PC classic and with a fair wind and a salty wave, 19 new screens have just hoved into view off the port bow.

Peer through your telescope to discover all the ingredients that will fair bring a tear to an old sea dog' s eye. Classic mouse driven ship-to-ship combat, dancing with fair damsels, going sword to sword with enemy captains... it' s all here, plus a couple of screens showcasing the new sneaking section, where you have to stealth your way into enemy-held towns to complete various covert missions.

Sid Meier' s Pirates! is scheduled to sail into port on PC at the end of November while the Xbox version is currently caught in the Bermuda triangle of a vague-sounding 2005 release.
