I was checking out Kikizo' s Newsletter that I got today in my email box. I' m browsing around, get to the bottom of the newsletter, ane what do I see? An " IN THE FORUMS..." section with direct links to various forum posts. And whose thread is at the top of the list? Yeah, no other than my System of Choice topic. I feel so much like a star.

Ah... memories of the " how many balrogs of the board are there?" thread that I wasn' t actually there for, but which has become part of the culture of OCR. Balrog of the Board being the 500-post mark - only a handful of people had it at the time, and it was kind of a big deal. Now it' s funny because there are people with several thousand.

My goodness neminem, you are posting it up like mad! I have another board that is like that, but 1000 posts is your final initiation into the society. Needless to say, there are way too many of us there with way too many posts. *goes off to try and get to 134 posts tonight*
