The Last Remnant

It' s a turn based RPG with Quick Time Events. There will be vast battlefields with hundreds of enemies on screen at any one time. Four races; human - watery creatures - small lizards -cat-like beings with four arms, but there appears to be 2 main characters (one to appeal to Eastern audiences - one to appeal to Western).

It uses UE3.0, is being directed by Hiroshi Takai & Kouzi Kobayashi (Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within) and is set for a Spring 2008 release date (worldwide)

Apparently Square-Enix will be putting more focus on Western games this generation, ...much like Capcom.
