I hate RPG' s but this is like the most hyped game ever so it' s gotta be a post here about it

Fable... *drools*, this is easily one of my most hyped games of the year. Ive been waiting for this product since it was first unveiled early in 2001. I have faith in Peter and his company - I actually wouldn' t be surprised to see Fable smoke the sales charts at release, that' s for sure.

Halo 2, Fable and Brute Force are my three most anticipated 2003 Xbox releases.

I can' t wait for this game...

I' m just not sure about this game yet... I may rent it.. I' m more into Japanese RPGs like FF... But.. We' ll see. ;)

I hate to be the party-pooper here, but I find it useless to talk about this game. They MIGHT get it out this year, and while it' s been " guaranteed to release before Christmas," I' ve heard this sentiment before. Great XBox games have a tendency to be delayed...Morrowind, DoA: XBV, PDO, SW: KotoR, Brute Force, Ninja Gaiden, etc., etc. etc. Every last one of these were delayed at least once, and in the case of a few, they' ve been delayed for more than a YEAR.

So while I' m looking forward to Fable to, it' s but a blip on my radar screen. The hundreds of XBox and PS2 games coming out in the meantime have more of my attention.

I' ll be looking forward to it as well. It seems to me that it will be like a Morrowind game but better.

I can' t stand Japanesee style RPGs so I thought I didn' t like RPG' s at all. I figured I' d try out Morrowind and I was completely blown away by the freedom and vastness of this game. I played this game for hours on end without ever even starting the main story line, but finding alternate stories and sidequests and developing my character. By the time I started the main quest my save file was over 200 blocks, which continually crashed my Xbox...so I returned my game for a full refund and I bought it for the PC and started over . If we just ignore the fact that this game is unplayable after a certain point, I would consider it the best Xbox title next to Halo.

So Yeah, Fable' s gonna rock!

Yeas this game does indeed look hot! As long its not released till its perfect we should see a great adventure. Just hoping that if the online world does work weill, its not destroryed by punks trying to cheat.

I always thought that the game was going to be offline, with only downloadable content available via Xbox Live.

Well I' m not entirely certain, I know that online will feature but I don' t know how heavily?
