-Brighter and Less Power Hungry Screen

-Faster and Less Power Hungry UMD Drive

-8GB Flash Memory (Well... apparently somebody pulled Kotaku' s chain on that one)
-Reworked D-Pad & Buttons(thank god!)

-Longer battery life

-Better speakers

-TV out!
