Nintendo take wifi to a new level! - Mar 18, 2006 17:43
The news we all dreamed of hearing has finally been confirmed by the Nintendo big wigs. Not only will we be able to use the DS as a portable telvesion(Play-Yan aside that is), but we will also have the opportunity to search the net through it on a small DS card. The browser is expected to be release in Japan around June and offers the choice between viewing pages across both screens or surfing around the lower screen, using the stylus- and it is also expected to cost 2,800 yen(about £18)

No, it was announced officially weeks ago. In fact, we have previously discussed this because it was announced when DS Lite was announced!
