Is there gonna be some kind of launch event at Virgin or something?
No doubt at midnight if there is.

There is no " Offical Launch Event" or " midnight opening" , but a group of about 12 Nintendo Fans who made up the begining of the Miyamoto queue want to meet up for the launch, in london, get their SP' s, and then, altogether, go to the " Pockets Show" .

They want to make their own unoffical Launch Event!

Nah I bought a GBA which turn out to be almost unplayable in most lighting conditions. I don' t fancy being conned again just yet, I' ll just wait for a price drop.

Well I just pre-ordered a Black GBA SP, due to be released on Friday. The good thing is I can trade in my old GBA towards the SP. GBA' s are now going for around £50, so I probably won' t get too much for it.

I think the deciding factor was after a heavy week-end of GBA playing (damn Pokémon) I have a severely painful crick in my neck. I had to keep moving around just to see the screen. It really was bad. I can' t remember having to do that before. Anyway, all will be resolved come Friday.

Isn' t Sonic Advance 2 due on the same day? I suppose it should be out now then! So guys what are your GBA SP impressions so far?
